I am following up on my order from last Thursday. It arrived yesterday and I must say I was impressed with the care that was taken in packing the unit for transport. I was a bit leary purchasing a bike from an unknown entity however I was pleasantly surprised by your firm's attention to detail. The bike was exactly as shown on your website and there were no surprises. Additionally, including a multi tool to help with re-assembly was an added bonus.I would recommend Cycling Avenue to anyone interested in purchased a good used bike.

Purchased a 2015 Trek Fuel 8 a couple of weeks ago-At first I was hesitant because the photos online looked too clean. The bike looked brand new-was sure that the photos were from the Trek website. I contacted Cycling Avenue and was assured the photos were indeed the actual bike. I placed the order and couldn't believe when my bike arrived 2 days later. Bike was packed very well and they even send a cool bike tool to assemble it. The bike was in amazing condition and have been super happy with it.
