For some, it may seem like a vacation, but for others, training camps are very serious. For competitive cyclists, or even for those who want to start the season strong, training camps aren’t a game.

If you are in the Outaouais region with your bike, I suggest you discover Gatineau Park. Easy to access, the park offers several routes for road, gravel, and mountain biking with different elevation changes. Being closed off to vehicles makes it an excellent place to ride in complete safety.

November 2020, while we were confined for several months, Alex and I were invited to participate to Huairasinchi, an adventure race in Ecuador, a word which means "The force of the wind" in Quichua. The Aerobic Corridor is a multi-purpose trail (biking, running, walking and cross-country skiing in the winter) that spans 58 km between Morin-Heights and Amherst. The Aerobic Corridor used to be a railroad, but in the early 1960s the railroad was discontinued, and in 1996 the corridor was finally created.
Do we not seek to continually grow and improve in everything we do with our lives? Pushing our limits and getting out of our comfort zone gives us an immense sense of accomplishment that easily becomes addictive.
