We have partnered with new ambassadors for 2022 and it is finally time to reveal the new crew with a quick interview to discover who they are behind the scenes.
Without waiting any longer, here is:

Steven Moxley

What is your job?
Freelancer (photography/videography/performer).

Where are you from and where do you live now?
Born in Richmondhill Ontario and have moved around quite a lot but at the moment Saint-Sauveur is home.

The cycling discipline you specialize in?
Technically I'd have to say that is BMX riding but I have begun to extend that to road, gravel and mountain biking.

Your dream ride/destination?
Climbing in the Swiss alps or somewhere in Spain for a proper week or 2 of just beautiful weather and great climbs.

Your greatest achievement on two wheels / what you are most proud of?
Absolutely most proud of the fact that I still love riding 2 wheels each and every day even more than the last. The passion I had for bmx riding has fizzled slightly with age but it has allowed me to ignite another passion to pursue other bikes and find that ultimately all 2 wheels machines are fun.

The one song you sing the most (out loud or in your head) when you ride?
Wouldn't have a song I sing to myself but I almost always have music going in 1 ear on every single bike ride. So depending on the day and the mood there could be quite interesting things going on.

What's your dream bike?
Custom titanium or stainless steel round tubed all road adventure machine that would fit 38‘s max but be ideally optimized around 35mm tires and a clutched rear mech for some rowdiness.

Are you an Introvert or an Extrovert?
Highly introverted but can be very outspoken once I know you. Pretty obviously example is most of my cycling is completely alone in solidarity (enjoy the time to be out exploring but also thinking and reflecting within myself).

You find a lottery ticket that ends up winning $10 million. What would you do?
Pay off any and all debt for me and my partner then immediately buy bike boxes and pack our things and go somewhere warm and just enjoy cycling together.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
Immortality (death is scary).

If you had to eat the same thing every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
French fries.

Are you more of a morning person or a night owl?
Night owl 100% but the morning light is usually more of a wake up for riding then the evening sunset.

What were you like in high school?
Bmx rider who maybe kind of skipped some classes to be out riding his bike 🙊

How many bikes do you have and which is your favorite/why?
2 bmx , 3 road bike, 1 full suspension mtb , 1 single speed/fixie, 1 gravel bike
Don't know if there is any 1 specific favourite because they all serve such different purposes but my 65mm deep wheeled racer road bike hauls ass and I like to go fast so...

Complete the sentence: I ride for...
Fun, freedom, adventure, health, exploring and because there is no other feeling like it.

Post-ride snack?
pretty much because it's so dang easy CEREAL!

Your biggest crash/fright?
I fell during a stunt show performance and sat on my leg and tore my acl in half.

Your hidden talent?
Packing a small vehicle with way more luggage than it should be able to handle.

What are you known for?
Being the tech/data nerd that has way to much information for anything and everything bike/tech related.

What are your cycling plans for 2022?
Ohh boy well now that can go on and on but in a slightly short summery officially 2 gravel events have been signed up for as gravel racing is going to kind of be the main goal this coming season. 2 other gravel events are being watched and decided on. Couple other possible semi local events are being figured out so might try and add those in as well. Want to cycle from Saint-Sau to Toronto in 24 hrs. Do a lot more adventure rides with my partner. Ride all the BIKES!!!

Originally from Montreal and riding for over 10 years, Fred proudly wears the colors of the Messorem Cycling Club @messoremclubcycliste. You'll definitely see him at the 3 rides his club organizes weekly. With an average of over 20,000 km of road and gravel cycling under his belt each year, Fred is what we call a true enthusiast.

Krystel works as a development and partnership advisor for Opération Enfant Soleil and is the founder of Les limettes.cc, a cycling collective supporting female victims of domestic violence. She is also a partner at Le Braquet, so Krystel is definitely what we would call a natural philanthropist. In her free time, she loves to road cycle and partake in bikepacking adventures.
