Can I return my item?
Your satisfaction makes our success and we do everything we can to fill your needs. This is why all our items come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you decide that the product you purchased is not what you expected, wanted or whatever other reason, you have thirty (30) days to return it.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.

The products must be received in the original packaging and in a condition similar to the initial sale.

How do I know which size bike to get?
We provide a sizing guide so that you may shop with confidence on our site knowing that you are getting the right bike.
I haven't received the correct order. What should I do?
If we made a mistake with your order, we can assure you that we will make it up to you. Please contact our customer service and one of our team members will be happy to solve the issue with you.
What should I do if my product is defective?
Upon receipt, please inspect your product. Any damage caused by transport must be reported to us immediately. If you observe abnormal wear or a defective component, unrelated to transport, please contact our customer service. Cycling Avenue is not responsible for service or repair costs paid by the buyer without prior approval by Cycling Avenue. In the event that a component requires repair, service or replacement, we will do our best to find a convenient solution.
