Inspect / Before you start

Inspect the box and take pictures if there is any damage caused during shipping. Contact us if this is the case.

Keep the box and all packing material until the bike is fully assembled and inspected. In the box you will find an assembly guide and an envelope with a tool.

If you have a torque wrench, you can refer to the torque values in NM indicated on the bicycle components.

Assemble / Steps

1
You will find the tool required to assemble your bike carefully packaged in the bag along with other small parts necessary for the proper functioning of your bike (if applicable).
Detach the saddle and seatpost from the bike. Certain bikes have a specific piece to tighten the seatpost to the seat tube. If necessary, this piece can be found in the small bag with the assembly tool.
2
3
Detach the handlebar and attach to the stem. Tighten each bolt one at a time gradually and alternately.
Detach the front wheel and attach it to the fork. Repeat the step for the rear wheel if necessary. If your bike is equipped with a quick release or thru-axle, it will be in the small bag. If your bike has disc brakes, remove the protective part between the discs before inserting the wheel.
4
5
Make sure your quick-release levers and/or thru-axles are in the close position. Also check and test that the brakes are functioning properly. If your bike is equipped with rim brakes, close the caliper lever. If your bike is equipped with disc brakes, ensure proper wheel alignement.
Install your seatpost and make sure it is properly aligned. Make sure you do not exceed the maximum height (see marking on the seat post).
6
7
Remove the protective materials from the bicycle frame.
Inflate tires and suspensions to the manufacturer's recommended pressure.
